My Experience
My journey with LUTES has been transformative. I started as a curious participant, eager to learn and connect with like-minded individuals. Through active participation in events, workshops and community activities, I quickly realized that LUTES wasn't just a society — it was a family of dreamers and doers.
As I became more involved, I discovered my passion for bringing people together and creating meaningful experiences. I volunteered for various events, helped organize workshops and eventually joined the Event & Project Team. This experience taught me the importance of collaboration, communication and the power of a supportive community.

My journey with LUTES began in September 2023, when I was just starting to explore the world of entrepreneurship. I was curious, eager to learn, and honestly, a bit overwhelmed by all the possibilities ahead of me.
My first LUTES event
It all started in September 2023, when one of the LUTES Doers invited me to their event. What seemed like just another speaker session turned out to be a turning point. That day sparked something in me — and I haven’t looked back since.
My first hackathon that I participated in
I started attending almost every LUTES event, meeting passionate people who truly inspired me. I joined countless pitching events, volunteered to help, chatted with people between lectures — and I felt alive again. But being just a participant wasn't enough. I wanted to build.
When I joined the Taival trip to Berlin, I finally understood what LUTES truly is. It wasn't just about visiting places or hearing inspiring stories — it was about the people behind them. That trip made me realize that LUTES isn't only about learning or networking over coffee. It's a community, where dreamers and doers meet, where ideas come to life.

Being surrounded by such passionate and creative people filled me with energy. I wanted to be part of that spark — not just as a participant, but as someone who helps it grow. That's why I decided to become a volunteer. I wanted to give back, to create and to help others experience the same inspiration that I did. Eventually, I joined the Event & Project Team in 2025 and it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life.
One of the highlights was our trip to Iceland, where I had the chance to work at the Iceland Innovation Week alongside an incredibly passionate team. Meeting the inspiring women who built this event from the ground up showed me what true leadership and courage look like — they weren't afraid to create, to take the lead and to grow something extraordinary.I came back filled with insights, inspiration, and the feeling that this is exactly where I belong.
Another milestone for me was organizing the Stockholm trip, which helped me realize my next goal — becoming the President of LUTES. Through this experience, I discovered what I truly love: creating meaningful experiences for others, improving our society and helping people connect and grow. Seeing the participants' excitement during and after the trip, receiving their genuine gratitude and positive feedback — that was the most rewarding moment of all.
Leading a group of 19 people on my own taught me something essential: I'm not just someone who follows — I'm someone who leads. I love to coordinate, to motivate and to turn ideas into real results. Becoming President isn't just a goal for me. It's a way to make LUTES bigger, better and even more inspiring — a place where every member feels valued, connected and proud to belong.
